About Andy

I've reinvented my working life more than once.

Professional musician. Logistics. Public service. Helping teams at Apple. Fifteen years running my own business. Each change started at a crossroads, and each one got clearer after the right conversation.

Why I coach

I've stood where you are. Not sure whether to stay or go, too close to see the answer. What helped me most was never advice. It was someone who listened properly and showed me a different angle.

The path so far

What each chapter taught me.

  1. 01

    Music

A decade performing across the UK gave me confidence and taught me to connect with any audience. Running the business side, from bookings to accounts, showed me that the work behind the scenes matters as much as the performance.

  2. 02

    Logistics

Fast-paced freight work taught me to plan under pressure. When time is tight, getting the order of things right makes all the difference.

  3. 03

    Public service

Working in the community and alongside partner agencies built my resilience and emotional control. Above all, it taught me to listen, and to communicate with people from every walk of life.

  4. 04

    Helping teams at Apple

Supporting colleagues and customers taught me how trust is built: clear communication, genuine care and going beyond what's expected. It also showed me how much people grow when someone takes the time to help them.

  5. 05

    Running my own businesses

Since 2009 I've built and run several ventures, from a talent management agency and a sports nutrition brand to online businesses, car sales and FUZZ UK. Along the way I've learned to spot opportunities, take considered risks and keep going when things don't go to plan.

How I coach

What people say it feels like.

i.

I listen first

Properly. No rushing to fix, no judgement. Most people haven't been heard like that in a long time.

ii.

I ask the questions others don't

The ones that get underneath the situation, to what's really going on.

iii.

I show you a different angle

Things look different from outside. That new perspective is often where the answer is.

iv.

You leave with a next step

Every session ends with one clear, bold action and a date to do it by.

What I'm not

Not a therapist. Not a guru.

Coaching looks forward, not back. I won't dig through your past or diagnose anything. If something deeper comes up, I'll be honest and help you find the right professional support.

I'm also not here to tell you what to do. You know your life better than I do. My job is to help you see it clearly enough to decide.
